Your Role:
Bring Liquidity to the Marketplace: Add participants to both sides of the marketplace to incentivize liquidity.
Build Long-Term Relationships: Focus not only on sourcing and onboarding clients, but maintaining an ongoing relationship.
Be Our In-House Expert: Provide valuable insights and explanations on these topics to potential clients and the wider general public.
Build Our Team: Manage multiple experts for each of the verticals offered on the platform (crypto, real estate, private equity, etc.).
Set a Growth Strategy: Work hand in hand with the CEO to establish a growth and sales strategy for the company.
Who You Are:
You have a deep interest and expertise in pre-IPO deals, private equity, and finance.
You have at least 5 years of experience in alternative assets. The ability to source liquidity is paramount.
You should be gregarious. A core component of this post is the ability to build networks and service them. You should enjoy talking to a dozen people each day.
You are self-motivated and responsible. We do not micromanage, you should be able to get the work done without oversight.
You should be ambitious. As a startup, we need a go-getter who will constantly look to grow out the buy and sell side.
You are completely fluent in English and Spanish.
