About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and visionaryHead of Productto lead our product development efforts and drive innovation across our platform. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver best-in-class experiences for our users. Reports directly to the CEO.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to drive product excellence and support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Beek’s business goals and user needs. Lead the prioritization of features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, market trends, and customer feedback.
User-Centric Design:Champion a user-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our users throughout the product lifecycle. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
Product Development Process:Establish and optimize processes and workflows to streamline product development and ensure efficient execution. Implement best practices for agile product management, including user story mapping, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Growth Product Mindset:Foster a growth-oriented mindset, understanding growth loops and the user life cycle to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:Utilize data analytics and user research to inform product decisions, measure the impact of features, and identify opportunities for optimization. Monitor key performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
Hands-on Approach:Demonstrate a hands-on approach to project execution, actively contributing to project workstreams while providing strategic guidance and oversight.
Squads Management:Lead and execute within squads or pods, fostering collaboration and driving results at both the micro and macro levels of cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to Product Managers, Product Designers, and Customer Support teams, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and effectively executing their responsibilities. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and a growth mindset within the teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, growth, marketing, content, and partnerships, to execute on the product roadmap and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech startup or digital media company.
Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies, with experience leading agile product teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable product recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build consensus around product decisions.
Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive continuous improvement.
Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers and Product Designers, with a focus on fostering their professional growth and development.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
