In this role, you will be a key support member, contributing to our recruitment processes. If you thrive in a busy environment, have global recruitment experience, and are looking for a role that interacts with different levels and roles throughout the organization, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessment, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance our recruitment processes.Ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a global software or services organization.
