El/la Talent Acquisition Analyst de Global66, tendrá como objetivo principal atraer y garantizar la contratación del mejor talento Comercial para nuestra área B2B de Global66, asegurando al mismo tiempo una experiencia wow en todo el proceso de reclutamiento y selección.

Dentro de tus principales desafíos se encuentran,

Desarrollar estrategias innovadoras y eficientes de búsqueda y selección de perfiles Comerciales, que permitan entregar soluciones oportunas ante los stoppers del proceso de selección.
Levantamiento de insights del mercado que promuevan la mejora constante del proceso de selección.
Levantamiento del perfil Comercial y entendimiento profundo de las necesidades del negocio.
Realización de entrevistas por competencias.
Entrega y negociación de cartas de ofertas.
Análisis de la información y mejora de procesos.

Qué buscamos?

Estudios Universitarios completos en Ing. Comercial, Ing. Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afín.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia llevando a cabo procesos completos de reclutamiento y selección.
Experiencia en reclutamiento de perfiles Comerciales excluyente
Inglés intermedio - avanzado

Mejor aún si cuentas con,

Experiencia en realización de entrevistas por competencias para distintos niveles de cargo.
Uso de ATS (TeamTailor, Lever, Hiring Room o cualquiera similar)
Conocimientos de LinkedIn Recruiter y boolean search.
