Job Summary:
Plan, design, develop and facilitate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of ACI’s methodologies, processes and procedures. Work across organizational boundaries to ensure processconsistency and adoption. Monitor implemented processesfor adoption and compliance.
Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Develop metricsthat provide data for process measurement.
Job Responsibilities:
Plans, designs and implements methodology, process, procedure and best practice according to ACI’s definedprocess framework. Manages process definition projects. Identifies and monitors the tasks, estimates and milestonesrequired to meet the identified project objectives. Identifies the stakeholders requiredto participate in process definition activities. Conducts working sessionswith cross-functional workingteams to definethe as-is and should-be states. Makes recommendations for process improvements. Documents, communicates and implements process improvements. Conducts process needs analysis using the standards established by the process manager. Compiles and communicates findingsof process needsanalysis and other key interested parties. Provides pre-development consulting services with internal customers to gather and define development environment requirements for projectsand enhancements to existing systems. Creates and deliversprocess related training. Defines the metricsrequired to track adoption and compliance. Publishes applicable process documentation. Participates in cross-organizational processinitiatives to ensure consistency and representation of applicable organizations. Provides coaching, mentoring and training on defined methodologies, processes, procedures and best practices. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
Advanced/Fluent English is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years relatedexperience. Work Environment:
Standard work environment Power Bi Development, Mainly Dataflows, Data Sets & Data Modelling skills Oracle Analytics: Working knowledge of Oracle database development, such as creating tables, writing SQL queries, basic tuning of SQL queries, and database upgrade. Phyton coding for data validation and cleansing between sources Statistical analysis for big data and AI Experience in hands-on front-end development, metadata, and ETL specification to support business requirements for reporting across the organization.
