The product manager will manage an internal and external facing software product with AI/ML components. They will work with software engineering and the product team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcome. The role has a good mix of strategic, business, and technical knowledge providing flexibility and significant learning opportunities in the dynamic payments’ ecosystem.
We are looking for an AI/LM Product Manager who will:
You will guide the development of our models and machine learning infrastructure, to satisfy critical user needs both internally and externally and ensure the performance and scalability of our products and services. Self-driven and passionate about bringing AI solutions to market through a complex ecosystem. Participate in technical discussions with R&D and Engineering to understand how technical design decisions impact scope, timeline, and trade-offs. Strong judgment in making trade-offs between customer and business needs short and long term. You will gather data on new product ideas, evaluate them for financial and market potential, create execution plans to capitalize on these opportunities. You will drive the prioritization of technical work together with engineering and management for AI/ML work. Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving work environment with frequent new challenges and changes. Participate and drive product due diligence, identifying and communicating critical issues, potential risks and dealbreakers. Partner with sales, marketing, and business finance to develop pricing strategies and our strategic go-to-market approach, including enabling sales via ROI analysis, roadmaps, etc. Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate timelines, execute on key integration tasks, uncover, and solve for roadblocks to ensure successful integration execution. 4-6 years of experience in the payments industry, financial services, or consulting Robust knowledge of AI & ML methodologies and trends Experience in managing AI/ML based products that deal with complex data, processing, and analysis. Experience as a Software Engineer or Applied / Data Scientist is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail. Organized self-starter, result oriented, and a passion for scaling new products.
