Leverage your existing networks as well as ours to produce local and international productions for digital as well as broadcast. Work with internal/external teams as well as any outside vendors and resources to get projects made under budget and on-time, but also be able to manage clients if we need to push things out. Conduct regular meetings with the project team to ensure project progress is on track. Work with clients to define project goals and objectives. Create project documentation, including status reports, budgets, and schedules. Manage project risks and issues and provide proactive solutions. Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Monitor project progress against the project plan and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the client's requirements and are of high quality. This is why broadcast experience is a must. You need to be able to work on a large productions as well as small ones, adapting to whatever the needs are. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in film, TV and digital production. 6+ years of experience in media production and project management. Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Relevant examples of work Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of media production techniques and technologies. A strong pool of resources in terms of relevance possible partners and knowledge of the industry. Proficiency with project management tools and software.
