Duties: * You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.* Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via voice support* Communicate effectively with our customers* Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager* Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Requirements: * Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written* Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing* Personal integrity and conscientiousness* Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals* Team player* Continuous learner* Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)* Have your own laptop* Noise-canceling headset
