Key Responsibilities

Gestionar / Liderar al equipo de Underwriting Associate

Maneja y controla el proceso del trabajo asignado, siguiendo los procedimientos y procesos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:

Proveer un servicio consistente

Resolver situaciones pendientes que han sido presentadas para su ayuda

Adopta una aptitud de calidad y cumplimiento dentro de las funciones asignadas a su unidad, aplicando procesos y flujos corporativos y locales para:

Alcanzar un alto nivel de calidad

Alcanzar un alto nivel de cumplimientos con las regulaciones locales y corporativos

Colabora y utiliza los recursos de entrenamiento, siguiendo los procedimientos y procesos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:

Desarrollar sus destrezas y la de su equipo

Aumenta sus conocimientos y la de su equipo

Líder de grupo representa a su equipo en todas las áreas previstas

Participa en el proceso de evaluación de desempeño de los empleados de su unidad

Participa en el proceso de selección, contratación, disciplina y terminación de los empleados de su unidad

Mantiene y ejemplariza la visión y cultura de la oficina

Constantemente busca actividades para que el equipo contribuya a los resultados comerciales y de operaciones

Da el ejemplo e influye en otros una actitud positiva de la visión, los valores, las estrategias y la diversidad de Chubb

Reacciona al cambio positivamente; Se comporta como un agente de cambio

Comparte sus conocimientos y pericias con otros

Transmite una imagen de alta confianza y capacidad para obtener los resultados necesarios

Responsable del entrenamiento del personal nuevo y actualización del personal existente

Responsable de cumplir con indicadores de negocios nuevos y renovaciones según delegación de cada LOB

Interactuar con las diferentes áreas suministrando la información de mantenimiento de las cuentas, asegurando la calidad de información y cumplimiento de servicio proporcionado

Alinear y ejecutar las estrategias del área

Desarrollar y entrenar a su equipo de trabajo

Asegurar estandarizar y cumplir con un servicio de calidad a las LOBs

Identificar áreas de oportunidad, para mejorar procesos, funciones y proyectos

Negociar con clientes internos y externos (LOBs, Comercial/Kams y brokers) en tiempos de respuesta, calidad y flujo de comunicación local, regional y global.

Experience

• 4 años o más de experiencia en el sector seguros.

Requirements

Educación: Graduado de Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería, Administración, Legal o afín, Otros cursos relacionados con la industria de seguros

Idiomas:Inglés: Intermedio

Office Package: Intermedio

Otros:
