About the position

We're looking for a strategic and organized
Training Manager
to lead and improve training programs across the company.

This role oversees onboarding, client-specific, and soft skills training, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

The Training Manager will guide a team of trainers, conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee performance through impactful learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities as follows and not limited to:

  • Lead and improve onboarding, client-specific, and soft skills training programs.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and recommend learning solutions.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of trainers.

  • Ensure training content is accurate, updated, and compliant with requirements.

  • Collaborate with Operations, QA, HR, and Client Services to align training with business goals.

  • Track and report training effectiveness, completion rates, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training processes and methods.

Education / Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 2 years managing or mentoring trainers.

  • Strong facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles (in-person & virtual).

  • Experience with instructional design, content updates, and training delivery.

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, virtual tools (Zoom, MS Teams), and productivity software.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
