Job description

Perfil Profesional: Técnico de Soporte Nivel I y II

En Click Soluciones SAS, buscamos para nuestro equipo de trabajo un Técnico de soporte IT con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en entornos corporativos, especializado en la administración de sistemas basados en Windows, gestión de plataformas Microsoft 365, soporte de redes y soporte de firewall.

Capaz de resolver incidencias de primer y segundo nivel, con un enfoque proactivo y orientado a la mejora continua de los procesos de soporte.

Habilidades Técnicas

· Sistemas Operativos: Administración y soporte de servidores y estaciones de trabajo con Windows Server y Windows 10/11.

· Microsoft 365: Gestión de usuarios, licencias, Exchange Online, SharePoint y Teams.

· Redes: Configuración y mantenimiento de redes LAN/WAN, direccionamiento IP, DHCP, DNS y VPN.

· Firewalls: Implementación y gestión básica de firewalls (Fortinet, pfSense, Zyxel).

· Herramientas de Soporte: Manejo de sistemas de ticketing, herramientas de acceso remoto y monitoreo de infraestructura.

· Seguridad Informática: Aplicación de políticas de seguridad, actualizaciones y parches, y gestión de antivirus corporativos.

· Correos: Manejo de dominios y hosting de correos para creación, configuración y soporte relacionado con cuentas de correos (IMAP, POP, Backups)

· Resolución de Problemas: Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver incidencias técnicas de manera eficiente.

· Comunicación Efectiva: Habilidad para interactuar con usuarios y equipos técnicos, explicando soluciones de forma clara.

· Trabajo en Equipo: Colaboración con diferentes áreas para garantizar la continuidad operativa.

· Adaptabilidad: Flexibilidad para adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y entornos cambiantes.

Formación Académica

· Educación: Tecnólogo o Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o carreras afines.

Experiencia Laboral

· Soporte Nivel I:

o Atención y resolución de incidencias básicas de hardware y software.

o Configuración de equipos y periféricos.

o Creación y gestión de cuentas de usuario.

· Soporte Nivel II:

o Diagnóstico y solución de problemas complejos de red y sistemas.

o Administración de servidores y servicios de red.

o Implementación de políticas de seguridad y respaldo de información.

Perfil Ideal

  • Edad: Entre 24 y 32 años.

  • Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en roles de soporte técnico.

  • Enfoque: Orientado al cliente, con visión innovadora y capacidad para anticipar y resolver desafíos tecnológicos.
