En Sciotec SAS, estamos en la búsqueda de un
Tecnico de Soporte

, responsable de brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel, con enfoque en infraestructura, redes y seguridad informática.

Si tienes una actitud proactiva, capacidad de análisis y un fuerte sentido del servicio, te estamos esperando.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Tecnólogo o estudiante de últimos semestres en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia en soporte técnico nivel 1 y 2.

  • Conocimientos en hardware, software, redes, seguridad informática y administración de Firewalls.

  • Habilidad para documentar procesos y proponer mejoras técnicas.

  • Excelente actitud de servicio, liderazgo y comunicación.

Responsabilidades principales

Soporte Técnico y Liderazgo

  • Resolver incidentes complejos de hardware, software y conectividad.

  • Supervisar y orientar al equipo de soporte para asegurar la calidad del servicio.

Administración de Firewalls y Seguridad

  • Configurar y administrar dispositivos de seguridad perimetral (VPNs, NAT, reglas de tráfico, etc.).

  • Monitorear eventos de seguridad, responder a incidentes y participar en auditorías de red.

Gestión de Incidentes y Mejora Continua

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de tickets, priorizar y documentar soluciones.

  • Analizar tendencias de fallos y proponer mejoras a los procesos de soporte.

Mantenimiento y Documentación Técnica

  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

  • Crear y actualizar manuales, procedimientos técnicos y capacitaciones internas.

Escalamiento y Coordinación

  • Ser punto de escalamiento para casos críticos o recurrentes.

  • Coordinar con proveedores y soporte externo cuando sea necesario.

Condiciones laborales

  • Salario básico:
    $ COP (con todas las prestaciones de ley).

  • Auxilio de celular:
    $ COP mensuales.

  • Contrato a término indefinido
  • Jornada laboral de lunes a viernes (horario de oficina).

  • Modalidad presencial.
