Estamos buscando para nuestro equipo de Tecnología un
Support Technicial.

Tu misión será:

Asegurar la continuidad y operatividad de los recursos tecnológicos de la organización, brindando soporte técnico preventivo y correctivo a usuarios internos, garantizando tiempos de respuesta adecuados, satisfacción del usuario y cumplimiento de los estándares definidos por el área de Tecnología.

Funciones Propias del cargo:

  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de hardware y software, asegurando la continuidad de las operaciones de los usuarios internos.

  • Instalar, configurar y mantener equipos, periféricos y aplicaciones autorizadas, cumpliendo con las políticas de seguridad y TI.

  • Gestionar el inventario de activos tecnológicos, asegurando su trazabilidad física y virtual.

  • Ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, reportando desviaciones y proponiendo mejoras técnicas.

  • Coordinar con proveedores externos servicios de reparación o soporte especializado cuando sea necesario.

  • Asesorar y capacitar a usuarios en el uso correcto de herramientas tecnológicas, promoviendo buenas prácticas.

  • Mantener registros actualizados en sistemas internos sobre incidencias, tickets y seguimiento de casos.

  • Apoyar a los usuarios en la implementación de soluciones informáticas autorizadas.

  • Realizar actualizaciones, instalaciones de software y/o nuevos equipos, entrega de insumos, así como seguimiento de servicio técnico, de acuerdo con lineamientos establecidos.

  • Atender y resolver las consultas y problemas técnicos informáticos que formulen los usuarios en forma presencial y/o remota, telefónico u otras tecnologías de la información
  • Apoyar a los usuarios en la implementación de soluciones informáticas autorizadas.

  • Atender a los usuarios de manera integral en relación a consultas del manejo de hardware y software, con el fin de informar el correcto uso de éstos.

  • Realizar reparación de PC's en hardware y software.

  • Gestionar el Inventario tecnológico físico y Virtual.

  • Mantener al día y completos los registros, bases de datos y/o documentación asociada a su ámbito de desempeño, tanto en físico como en digital.

Requisitos:

  • Mínim demostrable de a lo menos 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

  • Título Técnico de Nivel Superior en Soporte Computacional, Soporte Técnico o carrera afín
