Located on Colombia’s Caribbean coast in Cartagena, Four Seasons is revitalizing historic landmark buildings dating back to the 16th century.

About the Role

Lead one or multiple food and beverage service shifts for our guests and clients in an environment aligned with the establishment's concept.

Guide guests through the concept and products, aiming to meet their expectations and create epic experiences and a positive work environment.

What You Will Do

  1. Manage service; food delivery, communication, timing, special requests, arrivals, and departures.

  2. Recognize and anticipate the needs of guests, clients, and team members, resolving issues proactively.

  3. Fully understand and train the team on Food and Beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and timing, according to the establishment's concept.

  4. Organize, assist, and implement training sessions conducted by FS.

Requirements

  1. Student or professional in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (desirable).

  2. Intermediate level of English.

  3. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants.

  4. Experience managing resources and staff.

  5. Knowledge of service protocols, preferably in high-end etiquette standards.

  6. Knowledge of kitchen ranges and passes—ability to control timing, claim pending dishes and drinks, and serve on time and properly.

  7. Experience in preparing cocktails for peak demand periods.

  8. Advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools.

  9. Inventory management and replenishment skills—ability to identify shortages and ensure product availability.
