Hoteles Decameron

Tu misión:

Liderar a un equipo de asesores de call center, asegurando el cumplimiento de indicadores de servicio, productividad y ventas .

Motivar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo para brindar experiencias excepcionales a nuestros clientes Decameron


¿Qué harás?

  • Supervisar y guiar al equipo en su gestión diaria
  • Monitorear métricas e indicadores de desempeño
  • Implementar estrategias comerciales y de servicio
  • Realizar reportes y análisis operativos en
    Excel
  • Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y el cumplimiento de objetivos


Requisitos:

  • Profesional o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas, comerciales, hoteleras o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de
    2 años liderando equipos en call center
    .

  • Manejo
    intermedio/avanzado de Excel
    .

  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y orientación al logro.
