En este momento, estamos contratando SUPERNUMERARIO .FUNCIONES -Realizar seguimiento y analizar los informes generados por el Departamento de Distribución, a fin de planear la estrategia de venta diaria.-Mantener actualizado el maestro de clientes, informando novedades relevantes en los datos básicos y datos Geo-espaciales de cada uno oportunamente. Para la creación de un cliente nuevo entregar al auxiliar base de datos, con previo Visto Bueno del Supervisor y/o Jefe Integral el formato ABC debidamente diligenciado adjuntando la documentación requerida.¿ Cumplir con los presupuestos de los Kpi ¿s asignados por la CompañíA.¿ Realizar una cobertura del % de visita en toda la zona de trabajo asignada, respetando los límites establecidos. Es responsabilidad del Preventista actualizar la información de cada uno de los clientes asignados, e incluir en su rutero el % de los clientes manejados de la categoría de acuerdo al territorio asignado. Antes de ingresar al punto de venta, se debe verificar la información del cliente, como: última compra, segmento al que pertenece el cliente, activos con los que cuenta y nivel de activación dejado en la visita anterior.¿ Colocar publicidad y material POP en los puntos de venta asignados, verificando el manejo de los activos de la compañía y todos los materiales adicionales. Mejorar la exhibición, presentación, presencia de marca y productos, aprovechando los espacios disponibles, incluyendo la marcación de precios oficiales sugeridos al público.¿ Sugerir el pedido al cliente, impulsar la venta de todos los productos para incrementar el volumen, asesorando al cliente sobre todas las marcas usando el catálogo de productos y haciendo énfasis en la rentabilidad y el mejor precio de nuestros productos, asegurando la implementación de los pasos de la venta planeada.¿ Digitar oportunamente en el Aje móvil, las compras de cada cliente y mantener activo el GPS, manejando el equipo de toma pedidos de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas por la compañía, respetando los tiempos de inicio y finalización de día establecidos en cada cedi, registrando novedades de no compra, haciéndose responsable del manejo y seguridad del mismo.¿ Garantizar la disponibilidad de los productos en el punto de venta con fechas de consumo adecuado; no debe haber productos vencidos, actuando de forma responsable en la venta de productos con promociones, promoviendo una adecuada rotación.¿ Realizar acompañamiento u orientación en caso de requerirlo para garantizar la entrega de los productos en su ruta destinada.¿ Perseguir las oportunidades de ventas, visitar a clientes nuevos y existentes, evaluando las necesidades en cada punto de venta.¿ Realizar la retroalimentación de las actividades desarrolladas, identificando oportunidades de mejora en los procesos, analizando los resultados obtenidos en el día para el cumplimento de los Kpi's establecidos.¿ Informar oportunamente a su Supervisor, sobre cualquier actividad de los competidores o comentarios de los clientes sobre cualquier empresa de la industria de bebidas, o algo que pueda afectar la imagen o ventas de nuestra empresa; informar sobre nuevos productos, cambios de precios, promociones para TAT o para el consumidor final, nuevo material POP, introducción de envases o canastas, etc. REQUISITOS Bachiller , Área de desempeño: COMERCIALConocimientos específicos en Servicio al cliente, procesos de ventaExperiencia minima de 6 meses como Asesor TaT, preventista, representante de ventas o mercaderista con experiencia en ventas CONDICIONES SMLV + Auxilio transporte + prestaciones + beneficios extralegales + auxilio 5. por dia laborado + Concursos promedio ($ a ), Comisión de acuerdo al cubrimiento y meta que realice, promedio ($ a mil)Horario: Lunes a sabado 7:00 am hasta terminar alrededor de las 4:00 pm, disponibilidad de laborar festivos.
