El Store Manager es una parte crucial en la tienda, conectando y comprometiéndose con su equipo y con los clientes, dirigiendo el rendimiento de la tienda y del equipo hacia el éxito.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo empresarial y de clientes: Supervisar el rendimiento de la tienda y mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias del mercado para impulsar los resultados.

    Asumir la responsabilidad de P&L, identificar oportunidades de mejora y colaborar con los managers para implementar planes de acción que permitan alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

    Establecer una mentalidad centrada en el cliente para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional y cumplir los objetivos de CRM.

    Traducir los objetivos de la tienda en metas diarias, motivando e inspirando al equipo para alcanzarlas.

    Mantener una fuerte presencia en la tienda para apoyar a tu equipo y actuar como enlace clave entre la sede central y la tienda.

  • Embajador de marca: Representar la cultura y los valores de la empresa, actuando como embajador de la marca.

    Garantizar que cada cliente tenga una experiencia excepcional y gestionar situaciones delicadas con los clientes cuando sea necesario para mantener un alto nivel de servicio.

  • Gestión de procesos: Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos legales, normativos e internos.

    Supervisar las operaciones tanto de cara al público como internas, garantizando una gestión eficiente del stock y la planificación de la tienda.

    Impulsar la ejecución adecuada de todas las tareas relacionadas con las iniciativas para cambios relevantes en la tienda.

  • Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo: Evaluar el rendimiento del equipo para retener a los mejores talentos e identificar posibles nuevas contrataciones.

    Fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo y colaborativo que promueva el espíritu de equipo.

    Asesorar y apoyar regularmente a su equipo para ayudarles a desarrollar las habilidades clave necesarias para sus funciones, garantizando su crecimiento y éxito; actuar como embajador de la marca.

    Garantizar que cada cliente tenga una experiencia excepcional y gestionar situaciones delicadas con los clientes cuando sea necesario para mantener un alto nivel de servicio.

Perfil

  • Mínimo de 5 años en una posición similar.

  • Experiencia demostrada en la venta de prêt-à-porter.

  • Conocimiento sobre el negocio y el manejo de KPI's
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación eficaz.

  • Resolución de problemas.

    Adaptarse a nuevas situaciones, ser proactivo.
