Role Description

This is a
full-time remote role
for a
Bilingual Move-in Coordinator
.

The coordinator will oversee and manage the move-in process, facilitate communication between clients, tenants, and service providers, ensure documentation is completed accurately, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly.

The role also involves refining workflows to deliver a seamless move-in experience and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end move-in process for new tenants
  • Communicate with property managers, residents, and vendors to ensure timely task completion
  • Prepare, review, and organize move-in documents and leasing requirements
  • Follow up on pending items, signatures, approvals, and payments
  • Schedule inspections, cleanings, key handoffs, and utility arrangements
  • Track progress and update records in property management software
  • Respond to tenant and client questions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the move-in experience

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both
    English and Spanish
  • Experience in the
    property management industry
  • Proficiency with
    property management software
    (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using remote work tools and technology
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in relocation or move-in coordination is a plus
