Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Brindar soporte y atención personalizada a los usuarios de nuestras plataformas tecnológicas.

  • Gestionar solicitudes, requerimientos y quejas de clientes de manera oportuna y efectiva.

  • Acompañar en el proceso de uso y manejo de las herramientas digitales de Exiware.

  • Escalar incidentes técnicos al área correspondiente, asegurando el seguimiento hasta su resolución.

  • Mantener registros claros y actualizados en el CRM sobre interacciones y soluciones brindadas.

  • Contribuir a mejorar la experiencia del cliente mediante comunicación clara, empática y efectiva.

Requisitos

  • Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en áreas de
    Comunicación, Servicio al Cliente, Administración, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines
    .

  • Experiencia mínima de
    1 año
    en atención y servicio al cliente (preferiblemente en empresas tecnológicas o de software).

  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, resolución de problemas y manejo de conflictos.

  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales, CRM y ofimática.

  • Deseable: experiencia en el sector automotriz o en soluciones tecnológicas empresariales.
