Service Manager SAP soporte Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Softtek

Requirements

Must to have

  • AMS Model.

  • ITIL.

  • Experiencia senior en gestión de servicios de TI, de los cuales al menos 5 años liderando proyectos de Application Management Services (AMS) en entornos SAP.

    Ha trabajado en modelos de operación global con equipos distribuidos geográficamente, gestionando tanto consultores funcionales como técnicos.

  • Dominio de la metodología ITIL para la gestión de incidentes, problemas, cambios y mejoras, así como la administración de SLA/KPI y la relación con clientes de alto nivel.

    Es capaz de coordinar equipos grandes en un modelo de Shared Services, asegurando la alineación entre las áreas funcionales, técnicas y de negocio, así como la entrega de valor continuo al cliente.

  • El inglés avanzado es indispensable y se valorará el español por el alcance regional del proyecto.

    Certificaciones ITIL y experiencia previa en la industria de manufactura o consumo masivo son un fuerte diferenciador.

  • Conocimientos clave
  • Gestión de servicios bajo ITIL: incident, problem, change, release y continual improvement.

  • Experiencia comprobada en SAP AMS (módulos funcionales y áreas técnicas como ABAP e integraciones).

  • Administración de SLA/KPI y reportes ejecutivos de desempeño.

  • Gestión de equipos multiculturales y distribuidos en distintas geografías.

  • Manejo de presupuesto, planeación de capacidad (capacity planning) y optimización de recursos.

  • Habilidades de negociación y gestión de la relación con el cliente a nivel directivo.

Responsibilities

  • Liderar la operación del AMS SAP en un entorno de Shared Services global.

  • Supervisar a equipos funcionales y técnicos para asegurar la entrega conforme a SLA.

  • Implementar y mejorar procesos ITIL para garantizar eficiencia y calidad.

  • Coordinar la comunicación entre cliente, equipo operativo y áreas internas.

  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos, presentaciones de resultados y planes de mejora.

  • Gestionar escalaciones críticas y definir planes de contingencia.

  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y propuestas de valor para el cliente.
