This position will partnerwith the Solution andSustainability Managerandwill report tothebusiness unit CFO under theSolutions and ServicesHQFinance Organization. The position will requiretoworkin across functional environment inworldwide set up. This is a fast-pacedpositionfor someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.This position will be a hybrid position, allowing the employee work from the office and home each week. We are currently considering candidates who live inBuenos Aires.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the Financial Lead for our Sustainabilitybusiness unitbyprovidingadvice on businessmodeling&strategy and by overseeing its financialperformance
Lead onannualbudget planningactivities forthe practice,interfacingwith cross functional teams to ensurealignmenton strategy, financialgoalsandexecutionroadmap
Coordinatethemonthlyforecastingprocess for the Practiceat a globallevel
Participate inthe Offering Development Processbysigning-offbusiness cases&investment proposalsfor new product offerings,co-developingfinancialmodelsand business scenarioswhile ensuring compliance withinGAAPand other local taxrequirements
Develop andco-drive,alongwith the Sustainabilitybusiness unit Leader,theBUoperationalKPIs
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Finance and product portfolio experience with full P/L scopeand global experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and strategicabilities
Demonstrated financial acumenand overall businessinsight
Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodateglobalcalls
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management
5+ years of hands-on experience
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present toourleadershipteam
Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively &autonomously
