What You’ll Do
Identify and connect with decision-makers across CRE and AEC marketing and creative teams.
Qualify target accounts by identifying their pain points, needs, and potential for long-term engagement.
Position the client as a creative partner, not a vendor—emphasizing our strategic impact, design excellence, and cost-efficiency.
Build and manage your sales pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and relationship nurturing.
Leverage a world-class sales tech stack including HubSpot, Apollo, Sendspark (video prospecting), and Sales Navigator to identify and convert accounts.
Earn competitive commissions for every closed deal—no cap.
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in creative, SaaS, or marketing industries.
Proven track record of high performance in sales or business development, particularly in non-transactional sales where understanding complex business needs and tailoring solutions is key.
Experience engaging enterprise-level clients in complex, relationship-driven environments.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently engage and present to senior executives across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of outbound sales techniques, including how to engage unresponsive prospects and convert them into high-value opportunities.
Self-starter mindset and no earning cap.
Experience working with Hubspot, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator (or a strong willingness to learn).
