Role: Sales Development Representative – Canada or Europe (Remote)

As an SDR at
EasyTip
, you'll be on the front lines of growth, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across
Canada or Europe
.

You'll use modern outbound techniques to connect with decision-makers in the hospitality and service sectors, craft compelling outreach, and book high-quality meetings for the closing team.

We're looking for a
goal-oriented, tech-savvy SDR
who understands the nuances of the Canadian or European hospitality market and thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads in
    Canada or Europe
    , targeting hotels, restaurants, salons, casinos, resorts, tour operators, and other service-based businesses.

  • Run outbound campaigns through
    LinkedIn
    ,
    email
    ,
    cold calling
    , and
    WhatsApp
    , using tools like
    Apollo
    or
    ZoomInfo
    .

  • Build personalized outreach sequences for key decision-makers: GMs, F&B Directors, Ops Managers, and Owners.

  • Book and schedule
    qualified discovery meetings
    for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Hubspot.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach to local trends.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years
    of experience as an SDR or BDR in a
    B2B environment
    (hospitality tech or SaaS experience preferred).

  • Proven experience prospecting in the
    Canadian or European markets
    .

  • Excellent
    written and verbal English
    ;
    French or other European language
    is a plus.

  • Proficient with tools like
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo
    , etc.

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.

  • Highly
    organized, self-motivated
    , and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
