Sales Development Representative Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring IGT Solutions


Job description

We are a multinational company that works in the telecommunications sector or BPO focused on customer service currently in constant growth in Colombia.

We want you to be part of this great team.

We are looking for the position of
Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Business Development Representative (BDR)
, Their focus will be converting marketing leads into qualified opportunities (SQLs) and convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities (SQLs), using leads generated by Marketing (Warm) and leads generated by own prospecting (Cold), with a methodology of qualifying existing interest and creating new interest and educate the prospect candidates to companies (Mainly technology companies and specialized BPOs), that seek talent to expand their sales operations in international markets, especially in North America.

Requirements to apply:

  1. Lead generation through effort and volume.

  2. Knowledge in AI: Personalization at Scale - Use AI to personalize communication on a massive scale, increasing response rates.

  3. English proficiency from B2 to C1.

  4. Able to work in office and from home.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manual/semi-manual prospecting.

  2. Basic CRM management.

  3. Cold calling and sending standard emails.

  4. Automation of contact sequences (Outreach, Apollo).

  5. Data enrichment at scale (ZoomInfo, Lusha).

  6. Creation of prompts for personalized outreach (ChatGPT).

  7. Predictive lead analysis.

  8. Automate repetitive tasks, allowing to contact more quality prospects in less time.

  9. Enrich and segment databases to find the ideal customer with greater precision.
