Serve as the
strategic lead and trusted partner
for key clients, driving Retail Media excellence across Latin America.

This role combines
strategic vision, commercial acumen, and Retail Media expertise
to design and execute initiatives that accelerate business growth, strengthen long-term partnerships, and elevate client satisfaction.

Act as the
bridge between clients and internal media, data, and technology teams
, ensuring innovation and performance go hand in hand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture
    strong, strategic, and trusted client relationships
    , acting as the main point of contact.

  • Develop and present
    cutting-edge Retail Media strategies
    that position Retail Media as a
    full-funnel growth driver
    —not just a digital sales tool.

  • Ensure all campaigns
    exceed client KPIs and business objectives

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience
    in digital marketing, retail media, or strategic account management.

  • Proven record leading

  • Advanced knowledge of
    Retail Media Networks, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Mercado Ads
    , and similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in
