Tu misión en Alegra

Como aprendiz, jugarás un papel clave en simplificar el uso del sistema generando contenido educativo para el Centro de Ayuda.

Esto ayuda a reducir solicitudes de soporte, apoya a los agentes y fideliza a los usuarios mediante tutoriales y casos de uso.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Mantenerse actualizado con las funcionalidades de Alegra y convertirte en experto en su uso.

  • Redactar textos explicativos claros, atractivos y precisos para resolver dudas y temas de interés de los usuarios.

  • Investigar fuentes fiables para aprender y crear artículos instructivos.

  • Editar y corregir textos según sea necesario.

  • Asegurar que el contenido sea adecuado para las necesidades de los usuarios, manteniendo el tono y lenguaje de Alegra.

Estudiantes de técnico o tecnólogo en Desarrollo Publicitario, Comunicación Comercial, Gestión Administrativa o áreas afines, inscritos en el SENA y disponibles para realizar su etapa productiva bajo contrato de aprendizaje.

  • Habilidades en redacción, ortografía y buen uso del lenguaje.

  • Capacidad para simplificar temas complejos a instrucciones sencillas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

  • Atención al detalle.
