¿Qué harás?
Como Monitor de Aseguramiento de Calidad con fluidez en francés , serás responsable de evaluar y mejorar el desempeño y la eficiencia de los representantes del centro de llamadas.
Este rol implica monitorear interacciones telefónicas, evaluar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, y asegurar la entrega de un servicio al cliente de alta calidad.
El Monitor de Calidad proporcionará retroalimentación y recomendaciones para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y la efectividad operativa general.
