Overview

GM Financial Operaciones Internacionales desarrolla su actividad en Latinoamérica y China.

Operaciones internacionales ofrece una amplia gama de productos de financiación de automóviles al por mayor y al por menor a los concesionarios y sus clientes.

La fortaleza del negocio internacional se basa en su capacidad para adaptar sus productos a las necesidades específicas de los concesionarios, las preferencias de los consumidores y los requisitos nacionales de los mercados locales.

Las operaciones en países latinoamericanos comprenden Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México y Perú.

Responsibilities

  • Atención a clientes (Asesores, Analistas de Crédito, Funcionarios del Departamento F&I, empleados GM y canales estratégicos (usados, GMICA, Flotas)).

  • Atención a los clientes externos (PQRs, Solicitudes de información, aclaración de dudas, entre otros).

  • Soporte en cada sala de los concesionarios asignados para obtener incrementales de desembolsos en cada uno de ellos.

  • Radicación y sustentación de créditos.

  • Brindar información de estatus de las solicitudes de créditos.

  • Agendar espacios para toma de firmas y llamadas a solicitar documentación faltante de los clientes.

  • Elaboración de títulos valores.

  • Toma de firmas de los clientes.

  • Control y entrega de los contratos de prenda para matricula.

  • Control y seguimiento de desembolsos (compras).

  • Realización de informes semanales o mensuales de los concesionarios asignados, canales estratégicos y canales GM.

  • Atención en ferias y activaciones de los concesionarios, de GM o cuando se requiera por los segmentos de canales estratégicos.

  • Vinculación de estrategias tácticas en las cuentas asignadas que permitan potencializar el volumen de ventas a través de GMF.

  • Soportar estrategias que permitan rentabilizar los contratos a través de la venta y colocación de productos de valor agregado.

Qualifications

  • Profesionales, técnicos profesionales o tecnólogos en áreas administrativas tales como Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o Comercio Internacional.

  • Experiencia en compañías de financiamiento de mínimo 1 año, en el área de ventas.

    Ideal estar familiarizado en el sector automotriz.

  • Disponibilidad de traslados dentro la zona metropolitana de Medellin Antioquia (Itagui, Rio Negro, Sabaneta, etc).

  • Indispensable contar con manejo completo de herramientas ofimaticas como (excel, word, etc).

  • Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y persuasión altamente desarrolladas.

  • Habilidades analiticas bajo escenarios complejos para toma de decisiones.

  • Inglés: Deseable.
