IT Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Product Owners (POs) and Business Analysts (BAs), overseeing the overall IT delivery process, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in agile project environments, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will:
Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Take ownership of the end-to-end IT delivery process, ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other project team members, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working with the team to develop contingency plans and ensure successful project outcomes. Apply agile methodologies to drive flexibility and responsiveness in project delivery, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project delivery performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. Effectively allocate and manage resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities. Facilitate collaborative decision-making processes within the team and across departments to ensure a unified approach to project delivery. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing product delivery. Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end product delivery cycles. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA professionals. Experience in managing a team in an agile or iterative development environment. Deep understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Track record of successfully delivering products in an agile environment. Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Ability to align product delivery strategies with overall business goals. Experience in contributing to the development and execution of product roadmaps. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven experience in effectively engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and business partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges. A mindset for continuous improvement. Track record of implementing process improvements and efficiencies in product delivery processes. Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, and platforms related to product delivery. A good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Our Guiding Principles
