Job Description

As a
PI Questionnaire Clerk
, you'll play a key role in the client intake process, ensuring every case begins with accurate, complete information.

You'll communicate directly with clients, gather essential case details, and manage documentation that supports the firm's personal injury cases-all while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract

Shift: Shifting; Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) / Night Shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and templates
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (preferred)
  • Customer service or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Your Daily Tasks

  • Contact clients via phone to conduct case intake and follow-up.

  • Welcome clients to the firm by reading a scripted introduction.

  • Ask specific case-related questions from templated questionnaires.

  • Request and collect materials such as photos, reports, and supporting documents.

  • Upload received documents into the firm's case management system accurately.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all client communications.

  • Ensure all gathered information is complete and properly recorded.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff.

  • Follow firm policies and confidentiality standards.
