Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled detail-oriented North America payroll analyst to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payroll processes across multiple states in North America with Proficiency in ADP Celergo and Workday.
What you’ll do
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple states in North America.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to gather payroll-related information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in North America.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
Utilize Workday systems to manage and optimize payroll processes.
Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.
Participate in payroll-related projects and system enhancements.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
An advanced level of English is required as you will have constant communication with managers and coworkers in all the Americas region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requisite for this position.
Proven experience as a payroll analyst with a focus on the North America region.
In-depth knowledge of Workday payroll systems.
Strong understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
