Acerca de la posición

Nuestro equipo:

El objetivo del Analista de P2P es llevar a cabo las actividades de P2P retenidas para Sanofi AP Business Services y apoyar el core model de la organización y la relación Business Process Outsourcing para la región internacional. Será responsable de las actividades retenidas relacionadas con la cadena P2P para el pilar en AP, trabajando conjuntamente con los equipos de BPO para garantizar la continuidad del negocio y la mejora continua de las operaciones P2P.

Principales responsabilidades:

Responsable de la realización eficiente, de alta calidad y conforme a las normas de las actividades retenidas para las operaciones de Gestión de Datos Maestros de Proveedores, Cuentas a Pagar y Pagos y Viajes. Realizar controles y seguimiento a través de KPIs del área
Impartir seguimento con el BPO y Retained sobre el flujo de facturas recibidas a todos los requesters.

Controlar las desviaciones y los errores en las entradas de facturas.
Solicitudes intermedias entre las siguientes áreas: Tesorería, Cuentas por Pagar, Impuestos, Contabilidad y Datos Maestros
Supervisar y asegurar el control de la cuenta GR/IR y overdue, interactuando con las áreas socias

de este proceso para abordar las partidas abiertas.

Crear una cultura de cooperación, colaboración y trabajo en equipo entre los equipos P2P
retenidos y BPO garantizando una interfaz y comunicación fluidas con:
- Las partes interesadas pertinentes dentro y fuera de SBS y el proveedor de servicios de BPO.
- Otros CoE de SBS y procesos integrales (Account To Report A2R / Customer Invoice To Cash Ci2C / HR Services) dentro de SBS.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de Compliance y Control Interno / SOX. Realizar los
controles necesarios y actuar como modelo a seguir, en línea con todas las normas éticas y de
cumplimiento del Grupo.

Acerca de tí

Experiencia : Conocimiento profundo de los procesos pertinentes de Procurement, finanzas y contabilidad, (técnicas de procurement, procesos de cuentas por pagar, procesos de gastos y costes, gestión de datos maestros).
Habilidades sociales : Actuar como usuario clave de la zona para los proyectos, identificar problemas y definir soluciones, incluido el plan de aplicación, de forma estructurada. · Capacidad de pensar estratégicamente: entender el escenario local (India/Brasil) combinado con el seguimiento y la gestión de la ejecución operativa.
Habilidades técnicas : Sólidos conocimientos de los sistemas SAP FI y SAP VIM., Excel, Power Point, Word y Outlook
Estudios : Estudios profesionales en contabilidad
Idiomas: Inglés avanzado, capaz de comunicarse con otras regiones que manejan el idioma
