Outbound Sales Representative (SDR)


Location: Onsite – Bogotá, Colombia
Type: Full-time
English Requirement: C1 (Advanced)

Key Responsibilities


Prospecting & Sales Execution

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.

Sales Process & CRM Management

  • Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Analyze key sales metrics and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions.

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships that generate recurring business and referrals.

Growth & Leadership Opportunities

  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership—top performers have the opportunity to grow into sales management roles.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.

  • Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).

  • Self-starter with a competitive spirit and eagerness to improve.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).

  • Experience selling into the U.S. market is a strong plus.
