Prospecting & Sales Execution
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.
Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.
Sales Process & CRM Management
Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Analyze key sales metrics and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions.
Build and nurture lasting relationships that generate recurring business and referrals.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).
Self-starter with a competitive spirit and eagerness to improve.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
Experience selling into the U.S. market is a strong plus.
