Outbound Sales – Cold Calling role at StratifyIQ.

Remote | Full-Time | Bogotá, Colombia.

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who thrive on cold calling and are serious about building a long-term career in outbound sales.

Top performers will have the opportunity to move quickly into leadership roles.

About The Role

We’re expanding our outbound sales team to help grow a platform that connects real estate professionals with new construction opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America.

This is a fast-paced, results-driven role for candidates who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to real estate agents and brokers in the U.S. and LATAM
  • Deliver persuasive, well-crafted pitches to drive sign-ups
  • Walk new users through a streamlined onboarding process
  • Track activity, qualify leads, and meet daily and weekly sales targets
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and grow your skills through ongoing coaching

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher) with a strong, professional phone presence
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Ambitious and eager to develop a career in sales
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage your performance metrics
  • Comfortable being on the front lines of outbound outreach
  • Bonus: experience using CRM tools or familiarity with the real estate or proptech space
