About The Role
We’re expanding our outbound sales team to help grow a platform that connects real estate professionals with new construction opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven role for candidates who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to real estate agents and brokers in the U.S. and LATAM
- Deliver persuasive, well-crafted pitches to drive sign-ups
- Walk new users through a streamlined onboarding process
- Track activity, qualify leads, and meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and grow your skills through ongoing coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher) with a strong, professional phone presence
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Ambitious and eager to develop a career in sales
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
- Organized, results-driven, and able to manage your performance metrics
- Comfortable being on the front lines of outbound outreach
- Bonus: experience using CRM tools or familiarity with the real estate or proptech space
