On-Site Technical Support L2 — Descripción de la posición y desafíos asociados.

Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte técnico presencial a los usuarios de aplicaciones y del hardware (por ejemplo, PCs, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.

  • Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.

  • Personal encargado de la atención in situ de incidentes y/o requerimientos recibidos en la Mesa de Servicio.

  • Atención de casos reportados por las sucursales a nivel nacional a través de herramientas de conexión remota y seguimiento a la labor realizada por los técnicos en sitio.

Calificaciones

  • Dos (2) años de experiencia específica en el soporte de hardware, software de equipos de cómputo para usuario final e infraestructura, con conocimiento en la herramienta ofertada.

  • Conocimientos y/o experiencia en las prácticas y gestión ITIL 4 Foundation (deseable certificación).

  • Título de Formación Tecnológica o aprobación de 7 semestres de Formación Universitaria Profesional o título profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines.

  • Diploma o certificado de aprobación de cursos de sistemas operativos Microsoft en cualquiera de sus versiones.

  • Soporte técnico de hardware y software.

  • Conocimiento en ITIL 4 Foundation.

  • Capacidad de atención al cliente.

  • Certificación en ITIL 4 Foundation.

  • Experiencia en soporte remoto.

Días hábiles de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.; disponibilidad fines de semana.
