On-Site Technical Support Lead Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Stefanini

Responsabilidades y atribuciones

Gestión del equipo técnico en sitio

  • Asignar y coordinar tareas al personal de soporte en campo.

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de turnos, horarios y cobertura en los distintos puntos de atención.

  • Asegurar la correcta capacitación y actualización técnica del equipo.

Atención y solución de incidentes

  • Coordinar la atención de incidentes reportados en sitio (equipos de cómputo, redes, periféricos, software, hardware).

  • Escalar problemas que no puedan resolverse localmente hacia niveles superiores (soporte de segundo o tercer nivel).

  • Validar que las soluciones entregadas sean efectivas y documentadas.

Gestión de recursos y logística

  • Controlar el inventario de equipos, repuestos y herramientas necesarias para la operación.

  • Garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos para cumplir los SLA (Service Level Agreement).

  • Coordinar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en los equipos de la infraestructura tecnológica.

Monitoreo de indicadores y reportes

  • Revisar y consolidar los KPI del servicio (tiempos de atención, tickets cerrados, satisfacción del usuario, etc.).

  • Elaborar informes periódicos de la gestión técnica para la gerencia o el cliente.

  • Analizar tendencias y proponer planes de mejora.

Gestión con el cliente y usuarios internos

  • Ser punto de contacto entre el área de soporte y el cliente o las demás áreas de la empresa.

  • Atender solicitudes especiales, reclamos y seguimientos críticos.

  • Asegurar la calidad en la atención al usuario final.

Planificación y mejora continua

  • Proponer y ejecutar planes de mejora para optimizar procesos y tiempos de respuesta.

  • Implementar buenas prácticas en la atención de soporte (ITIL u otros marcos).

  • Evaluar nuevas tecnologías y metodologías que puedan mejorar el servicio en sitio.

Requisitos y calificaciones

  • Experiencia como analista de mesa de ayuda o puesto similar.

  • Fuerte conocimiento de los sistemas operativos Windows y Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiaridad con la resolución de problemas de hardware y software.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.

  • Mentalidad orientada al cliente con pasión por brindar un servicio excepcional.

  • Comprensión básica de conceptos y protocolos de redes.

  • Conocimiento en Ofimática
