Responsabilidades principales:

* Diseñar e implementar estrategias de atracción de talento innovadoras especialmente enfocadas en asesores comerciales.

* Fortalecer la cultura organizacional y el sentido de pertenencia del equipo.

* Trabajar de la mano con la agencia de marketing digital para posicionar la marca empleadora en canales como LinkedIn y redes sociales.

* Liderar procesos de desarrollo, evaluación de desempeño y planes de carrera.

* Conocer el negocio en campo para entender mejor los perfiles requeridos y conectar con el talento adecuado.

* Coordinar con el analista de reclutamiento para garantizar la cobertura de vacantes en tiempo y forma.

*Reporte de indicadores y resultados del área.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, con al menos 7 años de experiencia, incluyendo mínimo 3 años en reclutamiento estratégico, desarrollo organizacional y construcción de cultura; deseable experiencia en sector inmobiliario o compañías de servicios.
