Responsibilities: - Utilize provided scripts andsystems to make 90-100 calls per day - Schedule appointments andmake calendar adjustments promptly and accurately - Regularly callinsurance companies to inquire about estimates, with a frequency ofevery two days - Navigate and utilize Salesforce and the FluidStream app effectively - Communicate with insurance adjusters andact as an assistant during interactions - Handle administrativetasks such as calling insurance companies regarding invoices andcommunicating with clients using provided data - Assist withcustomer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction andretention Requirements - Proficiency in English to conduct phonecalls effectively - Experience in running a call center or similarphone-based operations - Familiarity with customer successprinciples and practices - Strong organizational skills andattention to detail - Ability to adapt and learn new softwareapplications quickly - 1-3 years of experience in familiarenvironments
