¿Te gustaría liderar la operación diaria del Customer Support Center (CSC) Front Office para Chile y Colombia?

En IKEA, buscamos personas apasionadas por mejorar la vida de nuestros clientes.

Esta posición tiene como objetivo asegurar una experiencia ágil, cercana y satisfactoria cada vez que alguien se comunica con nuestro CSC.

Tu rol será clave para lograr una alta tasa de resolución en línea y fortalecer la conexión con nuestros clientes.

Tus principales desafíos serán:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del modelo operativo del Front Office del CSC, garantizando que el equipo esté preparado para responder preguntas, resolver problemas y brindar soluciones alineadas con nuestros valores.

  • Velar por que el equipo entienda y cumpla con los objetivos, estándares y políticas del CSC.

  • Colaborar con otras áreas de IKEA para obtener respuestas claras sobre procesos y procedimientos, y gestionar directamente los casos escalados.

  • Supervisar el funcionamiento diario de todos los canales del CSC, monitoreando indicadores clave como nivel de atención, tasa de resolución, productividad y necesidades de personal.

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
