Buscamos: Jefe de Formación Call Center con conocimientos en calidad

Profesionales en salud administración ingeniería con posgrado en sistemas de gestión de calidad auditoría o gerencia de servicio.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el cargo jefe de formación y calidad en el sector call center Liderando equipos de formación y calidad optimizando procesos mejora continua desarrollo de planes de acción de mejora de tow box, bottom box, ICx, NPS, CSAT.

elabora el planes de trabajo para garantizar la calidad conforme a la Norma copc programación ejecución de planes de formación continua conocimientos en modelos formativos disruptivos que permitan el apreciamiento del conocimiento al personal nuevo montaje de modelos CEX

Condiciones:

Salario 4,280,000

Contrato a termino Indefinido
