Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our front-end sales team.

Your job is to identify and engage motivated borrower leads , build relationships, qualify opportunities, and work hand-in-hand with our Originators to bring deals to close.

You’ll be the first point of contact for investors seeking funding — playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Base salary of $1,000 USD/Month + Uncapped Commissions

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage new borrower leads via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn.
  • Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with LoanLocker’s lending programs.

  • Collaborate closely with Loan Originators to structure and close loans.

  • Maintain accurate notes and deal stages within Salesforce (CRM).

  • Manage follow-up cadences and pipeline priorities to maximize conversion.

  • Contribute ideas for refining scripts, funnels, and sales processes.

  • Proven inside sales or lead generation experience — ideally in real estate, lending, or finance.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).

  • Comfortable on the phone — confident, conversational, and persuasive.

  • Driven by numbers and motivated by performance-based rewards.

  • Organized, self-directed, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
