Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our front-end sales team.
Your job is to identify and engage motivated borrower leads , build relationships, qualify opportunities, and work hand-in-hand with our Originators to bring deals to close.
You’ll be the first point of contact for investors seeking funding — playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Base salary of $1,000 USD/Month + Uncapped Commissions
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage new borrower leads via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn.
- Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with LoanLocker’s lending programs.
- Collaborate closely with Loan Originators to structure and close loans.
- Maintain accurate notes and deal stages within Salesforce (CRM).
- Manage follow-up cadences and pipeline priorities to maximize conversion.
- Contribute ideas for refining scripts, funnels, and sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven inside sales or lead generation experience — ideally in real estate, lending, or finance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, conversational, and persuasive.
- Driven by numbers and motivated by performance-based rewards.
- Organized, self-directed, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
