Help Desk Analyst N2- Bilingüe Portugues


Horario:
8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.


Modalidad:
Híbrido, bogotá


¿Qué harás?

  • Brindar soporte técnico
    de segundo nivel
    a los usuarios finales vía Teams, correo o presencialmente.

  • Resolver incidencias de software y hardware (equipos, impresoras, portátiles, móviles, etc.).

  • Gestionar
    instalaciones, actualizaciones y parches
    de software.

  • Documentar y dar seguimiento a los tickets de soporte.

  • Escalar casos complejos a los equipos o proveedores de TI adecuados.

  • Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para garantizar soluciones oportunas.

  • Capacitar a los usuarios en buenas prácticas y uso eficiente de herramientas.

  • Mantenerse actualizado con las
    nuevas tendencias tecnológicas
    .

  • Participar en la rotación de guardia para soporte fuera del horario laboral (según necesidad).


Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de
    2 años
    en soporte técnico o mesa de ayuda.

  • Conocimiento sólido en
    Windows y Microsoft Office Suite
    .

  • Familiaridad con
    redes, resolución de problemas y mantenimiento de software
    .

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al servicio.

  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar de manera autónoma.

  • Deseable contar con certificaciones en TI (
