Estamos en búsqueda de un
Help Desk Analyst – Bilingüe (Inglés B2)
en modalidad presencial/híbrida (según proyecto), para brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel y asegurar una excelente experiencia a los usuarios finales.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel (teléfono, correo o presencial).

  • Resolver incidentes de hardware y software (PCs, laptops, impresoras, móviles).

  • Instalar, configurar y mantener aplicaciones y sistemas operativos.

  • Administrar cuentas de usuario (contraseñas y permisos de acceso).

  • Escalar incidentes complejos y colaborar con equipos de TI.

  • Documentar incidentes y soluciones en el sistema de tickets.

  • Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente con altos niveles de satisfacción.

  • Apoyar proyectos e iniciativas de TI según asignación.


Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de
    1 año
    en roles de mesa de ayuda o soporte técnico.

  • Inglés
    B2
    (conversacional).

  • Conocimientos en resolución de incidentes de hardware, software y sistemas.
