Habilidades Requeridas

  • Service Desk Support (L1).

  • Manejo básico de herramientas ITSM (Solman, Servicenow, Jira, entre otros).

  • Manejo de herramientas Ofimáticas (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Conocimientos básicos ITIL (Herramienta de calidad para la implementación de procesos).

  • Conocimientos en cumplimientos de SLAs.
  • Atención al cliente.

  • Habilidades blandas para trabajar en equipo, Comunicación asertiva (oral y escrita) y adaptabilidad.

  • Receptividad y fácil aprendizaje y autonomía.

Responsabilidades

  • Uso de herramientas ajenas a SAP para la gestión, organización y planificación de tareas.

  • Capacidad para ejecutar tareas cumpliendo con fechas de compromiso.

  • Capacidad para detectar riesgos, identificarlos, comunicarlos a la dirección de proyecto para proponer planes de acción.

  • Disponibilidad hibrida para determinadas ocasiones del servicio en el cliente: toma de requisitos para aclaración de dudas.

  • Integraciones con otros sistemas.

  • Seguimiento de tickets y documentación.
