GERENTE GENERAL (SECTOR INDUSTRIA ALIMENTOS)

GENERALIDADES DEL REQUERIMIENTO

Como Gerente General, su principal responsabilidad será garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento y funcionamiento de todas las operaciones productivas, administrativas y legales de la empresa. Esto incluye la supervisión de la implementación y mantenimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa.

NUESTRO CLIENTE: LIDER EN LA INDUSTRIA MANUFACTURERA, ESPECIALIZADA EN AVANZADOS PROCESOS TECNOLOGICOS PARA EL PROCESAMIENTO DE PRODUCTOS EN LOS SECTORES ALIMENTICIOS Y FARMACEUTICOS.

Requisitos

DESCRIPCIÓN Y REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS

Formación Académica:

Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado. Preferentemente con estudios de posgrado en áreas de gestión o similares.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles gerenciales o de alta dirección, preferiblemente en sectores industriales o de producción.

Conocimientos Específicos y Habilidades:

Dominio de normativas legales empresariales, gestión de la calidad y sistemas de gestión ambiental (ISO 22:000, SG-SST).
Liderazgo efectivo, toma de decisiones estratégicas, habilidades negociadoras y excelente capacidad de comunicación.

Competencias:

Capacidad para dirigir y motivar equipos, así como para tomar decisiones que beneficien a largo plazo.
Aptitud para manejar situaciones bajo presión y adaptarse a cambios rápidos en un entorno competitivo.
Habilidad para mantener y fomentar relaciones saludables y productivas tanto internamente como con socios externos.

Funciones Principales:

Representación Legal y Administrativa: Actuar como el principal representante legal de la empresa.
Gestión Financiera: Controlar y comparar el gasto presupuestado frente al ejecutado.
Supervisión de la Producción: Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y supervisar la programación y ejecución de la producción.

Gestión de Recursos:

Revisar y validar la asignación de recursos para la producción, mantenimiento y logística.

Negociaciones Comerciales:

Liderar y concretar negociaciones con clientes para garantizar la rentabilidad de la empresa.

Administración de Recursos Humanos:

Supervisar la gestión de nómina y la aprobación de compras y contrataciones extraordinarias.

Cumplimiento Normativo:

Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos legales y de seguridad industrial pertinentes.

Desarrollo Estratégico:

Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y en la consolidación del presupuesto anual.
