Imaginate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores
y siendo responsable de:

  • Dirigir la operación de las consultoras responsables del proceso de incorporación de vendedores al marketplace, definiendo indicadores claves y monitoreando el desempeño de estos, a fin de asegurar resultados óptimos de los vendedores dentro de la plataforma.

  • Ejecutar planes de acción específicos alineados a las necesidades del negocio y éxito de los nuevos vendedores en el marketplace.

  • Desarrollar estrategias que aceleren el proceso de éxito y escalamiento de los vendedores en sus primeras etapas vendiendo dentro del marketplace.

  • Asegurar la adopción temprana de las herramientas, procesos y políticas del ecosistema, velando por un proceso de onboarding exitoso.

  • Generar visibilidad y trazabilidad a los equipos internos sobre avances, resultados y acciones implementadas, siendo responsable por las métricas del área y colaborando con distintos equipos del negocio, tales como producto y soporte para mejorar continuamente la experiencia de los vendedores.

Requisitos:

  • Ser profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Negocios o carreras afines.

  • Entre 6 años en gestión de canales, consultoras o equipos comerciales externos, así como en procesos de onboarding, customer success o aceleración de clientes.

  • Experiencia en análisis de indicadores, desarrollo de estrategias comerciales, así como de satisfacción de clientes tales como NPS.
