Presencial en Bogotá (algunos viajes a sedes)

  • Salario base: COP
  • Big Pass: COP
  • Asistencia Médica: Emermédica 24/7
  • Bonos mensuales por logro del equipo:
  • COP al alcanzar COP 1.000 millones/mes.

Sobre el reto

Liderarás a 12-15 asesores B2C para lograr cierres rápidos y consistentes, usando CRM - ERP.

Buscamos a alguien práctico, con coaching fuerte y obsesión por la ejecución.

Lo que harás

  • Asegurar respuesta ágil y envío de cotizaciones sin fricciones.

  • Dirigir la operación diaria y el pipeline semanal.

  • Coordinar al Visitador para cierres en campo.

  • Liderar el Comité semanal de precios.

  • Elevar el nivel profesional del equipo (feedback, role plays).

Lo que buscamos

  • 3+ años liderando call centers de ventas B2C o inside sales.

  • Demostrable impacto en metas mensuales.

  • Capacidad de coaching en piso y gestión multicanal (WhatsApp, llamadas, web).

  • Deseable: Manejo eficiente CRM - ERP
